Williams Real Estate Services, LLC (WRESLLC) is a Georgia limited liability company, established in 1998 as a commercial and industrial real estate brokerage company. The company works with clients and customers throughout the southeast, and presently has listings in ten cities over three states. Realizing the importance of Internet technology, WRESLLC agents use the “Net” extensively to list and research properties for clients, advertise listings through mass Email, compare property sales and availability in different locations, and to keep track of market conditions in diverse areas. Ron Williams is the qualifying Broker for WRESLLC. He holds a Juris Doctorate Degree from John Marshall University Law School in Atlanta. He has over twenty-six years experience in corporate real estate and Property Management. In the corporate environment, he was involved in real estate acquisitions, sales, construction and site selection, as well as industrial and business investments. In 1995, Ron changed his career focus to real estate sales specializing in commercial and industrial properties. He organized and managed the Commercial-Industrial Division for a Century 21 franchise where he started his career in real estate sales. He later formed WRESLLC and began an expansion throughout the southeastern states in order to better serve his commercial and industrial clients. Ron is an active member in the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors, and Rockdale Board of Realtors, as well as the Newton County Chamber of Commerce. Ron is an individual member of the Atlanta Board of Realtors Million Dollar Club. Margie has many years of experience in all phases of corporate real estate law and Property Management. She is a 1983 graduate of The Paralegal Institute, having pursued the Law of Business Organizations as her choice of study. She has extensive experience in corporate formation, mergers and acquisitions, and has worked in all phases of corporate legal administration. Margie began her real estate sales career in 1989 in Conyers, GA. Over the years, she has taken extensive courses in all phases of residential real estate and finance, and is a past member of the Rockdale Board of Realtors. Having been involved in leasing, selling and purchasing of industrial and commercial real property for a major corporation, Margie decided to pursue a new career in commercial real estate sales, by joining WRESLLC in July 1998. In addition to her Realtor designation, Margie is also Secretary of WRESLLC and handles all of the company’s administrative legal and compliance matters. She is a current member of the Rockdale Board of Realtors.
